Job Details:
HVAC – Field Superintendent –
- Directly accountable for all aspects of assigned projects at assigned job sites.
- Create and implement with the site Project Managers to meet customer deadlines
- Develop strong working relationships with office staff, customers and their representatives, including co-workers, building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors and field support staff
- Maintain daily-logs of all assigned site activities
- Ensure compliance with internal service processes and all health & safety requirements on projects
- Manage project costs to ensure that the project is line with the budget.
- Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.
- Handle Mechanical Construction projects and run multiple crews
- Working knowledge of office equipment, Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of, HVAC Systems
- Read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, control drawings, service bulletins, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications and governmental regulations
- Must have excellent communicate skill and effectively respond to questions from management, customers and service personnel.
