CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER
Hybrid Schedule
We are seeking a Civil Engineering Manager with a strong background in site engineering, stormwater management, and utilities to lead our engineering team. This position requires a Licensed Professional Engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience in the civil engineering field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project design and management, as well as proficiency in Civil 3D. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee civil engineering projects, including design, budgets, timelines, and staff management.

Field Coordination: Plan and coordinate field visits for data collection and site assessments.

Technical Calculations: Perform hydraulic calculations and grading design to ensure effective project implementation.

Stormwater Management: Develop and implement stormwater management plans that comply with local regulations.

Documentation: Prepare technical reports and construction bid documents as required for project approval.

Permitting: Facilitate land development permitting processes and ensure compliance with municipal regulations.

Coastal Engineering: Experience with coastal engineering and permitting is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Professional Engineering License (New Jersey required; Pennsylvania and other states preferred).

10+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering, particularly in site engineering and stormwater management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent technical writing skills for preparing reports and documentation.

Organized, motivated, dependable, and willing to work overtime occasionally to meet client needs.
