Senior Manager, On-Site Business Performance
Top industrial gas client is looking to expand their team in the Bridgewater, NJ area.
As the Senior Manager, On-Site Business Performance you are critical to reporting to the VP on-site Business & Business Development. You will oversee and manage a team to specifically deal with tasks that range from contract management, invoicing & receivables and budgeting. In addition, you will be the face of the company specifically interacting with customers with regards to contract issues, billing questions and disputes and operational performance.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Contract Management and Invoicing
- Contract interpretation & claim management
- Financial Analysis
- Pricing Trend Analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in either Accounting/Finance or Engineering
- Masters degree preferred
- Previous experience in business
- Previous experience working in the chemical or industrial gas industry; specifically with contract management and or finance preferred
- Ability to drive budgeting and forecasting processes
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Understanding of On-Site/Tonnage Business
- Deadline oriented
- Attention to detail
- Strong Oral and Written Communication skills
- Previous experience with: SAP, Business Warehouse, Gold, JP Morgan Cash and iHistorian
- Proficient in Microsoft programs: specifically Excel, Powerpoint and Word
