Hospitality Operations Manager

- Oversee cleanliness and organization of facilities and other areas
- Manage inventory of supplies
- Set up and reset rooms per event specifications
- Assist with event tasks and provide exceptional customer service
- Engage in various related duties as needed
- Monitor property conditions and implement changes for optimal profits
- Foster positive relationships with associates, customers, and the community
- Ensure safety procedures are followed
- Train and coach associates to improve guest service
- Participate in local associations to network and promote the company
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Previous management experience
- Flexible availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends
