Project Manager – Fire Protection
Job Requirements
- Project Management Experience preferred
- Working knowledge of commercial Fire Protection/Mechanical systems
- Familiarity with Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection Codes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- Assess project requirements from punch-lists or correction notices
- Investigate if necessary and seek resolution to “out of scope” punch-list issues
- Assign tasks to team members for completion
- Work with building departments to obtain permit and inspection requirements
- Schedule and coordinate inspections with clients and building officials
- Minor travel may be required from time to time
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (required), Smart Sheets proficiency a plus
- Pre-employment Drug Testing & Background Check required
