Training Manager English Spanish
The Training Manager Bilingual English Spanish is responsible for managing the development activities, change initiatives, and projects, in support of the business, including changes to processes, systems, and structure.
Duties
- Implements organizational design initiatives and training curriculum, fostering the development of organizational capabilities and systems needed to support the execution of the business strategy.
- Partners with senior leaders, teams, human resources, and operations to ensure integration of organizational development projects and concepts such as planning and performance management.
- Conducts organizational assessments and for individuals and teams using methodologies to identify critical issues and root causes; implements solutions to improve individual and team effectiveness.
- Partners with the Human Resources and Operations to ensure the effectiveness to support the business.
- Demonstrates exceptional project management skills, creates project plans, manages project implementation, creates teams, and provides leadership.
- Designs new class curriculum as needed based on company needs, industry trends, tools, processes, and technologies.
- Design and deliver learning solutions per learning principles, identified through programs, and priorities. Training offerings will be delivered via multiple methodologies (in-classroom, virtual, and Oracle Learning Management System) and must be proficient in all those methods.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English Spanish
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent Learning Management System with Oracle
- Relationship Management.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in enterprise resource planning (ERP)
Work Environment
This job operates in an office and the manufacturing plant.
Key words: Bilingual English Spanish Training Manager, Bachelor’s degree, Certified Professional Learning and Performance credential is a plus. Performance and Training Coach.
This position requires 4 plus years experience. US citizenship, green card, perm resident, is required. A generous salary $70,000 - $90,000 and benefits packaging will be provided. PTO, medical, etc.
