Are you a Drainage Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! My client is a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm, located in various states across the Midwest and Southeast, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Professional licensure in the State of Illinois
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Familiarity with drainage and stormwater management procedures, preferably with IDOT
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D software and/or MicroStation
Key Responsibilities:
- Design of commercial and residential land development projects
- Design of stormwater management systems, storm drain systems, open channel conveyance, culvert analysis, and floodplain compensation
- Preparation and compilation of permits and reports for approval by regulating agencies
- Preparation of construction plans for public and private projects
- Compile drainage calculations and utilize drainage and CAD software
- Review and seal plans, assist in project management and construction observation
