Direct hire and permanent opportunity for a Process Engineer experienced in material selection, new process development, and process simulation & modeling of close tolerance products across a variety of industrial applications. This is a highly visible role which will have interaction with all levels of the company as well as high profile customers. This full time position includes benefits, 401K, paid vacation and, career advancement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy, Material Science or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of engineering experience including process development in the forged metal products industry
- Hands-on experience with process modeling tools like Solidworks or DEFORM
- Demonstrated knowledge of monitoring and tracking the lifespan of dies and tooling and the ability to develop methods to extend those tools
- Capital Project development and management ability are a definite plus
