Senior Highway Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead roadway design and plans production for highway projects
- Provide marketing and business development support
- Interact with clients and mentor staff
- Ensure quality control and compliance with FDOT standards and policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in highway design
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Master's degree preferred
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registered in the state of Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong knowledge of FDOT standards, specifications, policies, and procedures
- Experience with design software such as MicroStation, Geopak, InRoads, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD
- Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with others
- Willingness to continue learning and utilizing new technologies and approaches
