SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT - CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Immediate need for a Senior Project Architect with a minimum of 10 years of hotel/hospitality and multi-family residential experience with emphasis on Construction Administration. Background or an interest in multi-family residential and hospitality design is strongly preferred.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills are required. This position requires a strong background in delivering services during the Construction Administration phase which will include preparing responses to contractor RFI’s, coordination of sub-consultants, preparing details and Architectural Supplemental Instructions, review of contractor pay applications, review of contractor installations for adherence to project documents and specifications. We are interested in an individual who has developed well rounded abilities that include a good sense of design with solid practical knowledge to our business of over delivering to clients. The candidate must be friendly and able to effectively communicate and collaborate within a project team.

High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Word, Excel and other software tools are required for this position, and it is expected that the individual has experience applying these tools to carry out all phases of project delivery. B.S. or B.A. in Architecture.
