Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience with EI or PE preferred
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering fundamentals and design practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage time and workload with attention to detail

Description of Work:
- Perform the design, engineering and CAD drafting services related to land development and municipal projects in the civil engineering field.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete design work using AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience a plus)
- Assists with construction observations, reporting and monitoring contractor's compliance with contract documents
- Assists in the preparation of cost estimates, engineering calculations and drawings, maps, and other related graphics as required to support project
- Assists in permit submittal process
- Assists in the review of design documents and reports
