Water Treatment Construction PM

As the lead manager for complex, high-profile projects, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company and the communities we serve.
- Lead, motivate, and support project team for safety, quality control, and schedule adherence
- Proactively plan and coordinate project work with stakeholders
- Interpret plans and specifications and communicate requirements to others
- Manage project budget and create necessary documentation
- Negotiate with subcontractors and owners
- Mentor and train junior project managers and engineers
- Identify and pursue future business opportunities
- Comply with safety guidelines and company policies
Key Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in project management software and estimating and scheduling programs
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
