Senior Civil Engineer- Project Manager

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer, preferably in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum 10+ years of engineering and team management experience
• Experience with various types of projects, including public/private, state, commercial, educational, and institutional
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals during the design and construction phase of projects
• Oversee technical aspects of civil engineering and construction observation operations and policies
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze data to design and develop civil engineering projects
• Manage small teams and perform job site observations as needed
• Prepare applications, permits, reports, and specifications
• Attend meetings and participate in marketing and proposal activities
• Assist with additional engineering tasks as assigned
