Job Details:
Regional Mechanical HVAC/BAS Controls- Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of project managers and sales professionals
- Ensure successful acquisition and execution of work
- Achieve financial goals and deliver targeted growth
- Manage full P&L for HVAC controls projects
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in construction sales/project management or related field
- Post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong controls background preferred
- Previous experience managing financial results preferred
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
