Liberty Personnel is working with an expanding client and their fastest growing business unit.
As a Project Accountant is responsible for providing all accounting support throughout the project lifecycle and will work very closely with Project Managers, Project Controls, and the Contract Billing Group as well as coordinating with other Finance/Accounting teams (General Ledger, FP&A, etc.) on project forecasting, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.

Background / Experience Required:
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of Project Accounting Experience
- Manufacturing and/or Engineering Industry Experience
- Skilled in monthly close accounting, and US GAAP Compliance
- ERP system experience, SAP, JDE or Oracle preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and capability to analyze financial data
- Ability to work independently, and use critical thinking skills
- Meet tight deadlines and respond quickly to changing priorities
