Qualifications:
- Experience in the HVACR would be ideal.
- Assisting the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and customer outreach.
- Keeping systems up to date
- Assisting team with email responses
- Preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
- Research on potential clients, competitors.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments for the team.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying any issues or delays.
- Coordinating equipment and material deliveries to job sites.
- Assisting with budget management and cost tracking for projects.
- Providing administrative support to project managers as needed.
