Job Details:
Industrial Outside Sales (Electric Actuators)
Selling robots, actuators and controls to manufacturing plants (e.g. automotive, consumer and medical products) and automation integrators throughout the state
of New York and Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to customers with contracted distributors.
- Solve problems for customers by listening to and analyzing their needs.
- Develop on-going business relationships to increase market share and growth.
- Make annual sales goals by setting targets and sales strategy for each distributor.
- Plan and manage various promotional events with each of the distributors.
- Must reside in one of the territories and work out of home office.
- Experiences in sales of automation (Factory Automation) products or any high-tech products including linear actuators
- Working experience with distributorship is a plus.
- Technical knowledge in Automation products, such as pneumatic products, PLC, sensors and motion products are essential.
- Power point presentation and Microsoft Office are required.
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Base + commissions + travel paid for + 100% health care paid for individual, vacation, sick and will work from home.
