3. Conduct site analysis and assessments to inform the design process and address site-specific challenges.
4. Utilize your expertise in Civil 3D and Sketchup software to create detailed and accurate drawings and models.
5. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, and construction details.
6. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies to integrate the latest advancements into design solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
2. Licensed Landscape Architect with a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Sketchup software for creating detailed and accurate design documents and 3D models.
4. Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, horticulture, and sustainable practices.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to clients and project teams.
6. Proven project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Experience working on a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.
