ARCHITECTURAL JOB CAPTAIN
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Job Captain to join our team for a long-term, full-time position. You will lead the successful production and delivery of architectural projects from conception to completion.
You will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing various aspects of our projects, ensuring they meet our standards of quality and align with our clients' vision.

Key Responsibilities
· Technical Expertise: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
· Code Compliance: Stay up to date with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure projects meet all required standards.
· Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of project documentation and compliance with design standards.
· Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and design teams to develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
· Construction Administration: Oversee construction activities, including site visits, reviewing submittals, and ensuring compliance with design intent and local building codes.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture from an accredited institution highly preferred.
· 4+ years of experience as an Architectural Job Captain, Senior Drafter, Architect, or similar role.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technical Requirements
· Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
· Strong understanding of current building codes and regulations.
· Strong in architectural detailing.
SALARY: $60,000 - $80,000
