Job Details:
My client is looking for an HVAC Field Superintendent to oversee Commercial and Industrial HVAC Projects and new installation. Duties include:
- Coordinate with other trades, project managers, owners and employees
- Dispatch/oversee workers
- Manage time schedules, deadlines, budgets
- Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
- Assist the Project Executive and PM in planning and execution
- Responsible for managing day-to-day project activities. Under the supervision of a PM
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports that discuss, in detail, the status of the project
You must have worked for a large mechanical contractor or GC and had the ability to manage construction personnel in the field.
