Outsourced Accounting Manager

A rapidly growing client in Greater Baltimore is seeking an Outsourced Accounting Manager to join their team. This individual will be working with small businesses preparing tax documents, bookkeeping, financial statements, etc. You will also interact with clients and are responsible for building those relationships.
Qualified Candidates will have the following experience:
- Strong experience with Corporate/Personal tax
- Experience with financial statements, bookkeeping, budgeting, etc.
- Ability to maintain & build client relationships
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Accounting degree or similar
This is a full-time, direct hire role. Excellent work life balance & flexibility with workload. This position includes base salary + commission.
