Architect (2 Openings)
Business has picked up significantly at my client who is a Design/Build Firm located on Long Island! We need a Project Architect with an enthusiasm and passion for design.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture or related.
- 3-15+ years of experience designing projects-medical, condos, restaurants, retail, etc.
- Proficient with autocad.
- Ability to do design-construction documents, schematic designs, design developments.
- Outstanding client interaction skills.
- Ability to mentor Intern Architects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
