- Linux administration
- Routing and switching
- Application protocols
- Working in a multi-platform environment (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, F5, A10)
- Load balancing
- Experience with protocols: BGP, OSPF, Spanning tree
- Working with firewalls, as well as AWS
- Monitoring tools
- Scripting, automation and development with tools like Rails, Python, etc.
- Collection and analysis of Netflow/sFlow
