Job Details:
Real Estate Marketing Specialist - Philadelphia - Hybrid (1-2 days/week in office)
The real estate marketing specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand and strategy, social media and events.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's brand and services
- Creating and managing marketing materials
- Writing and editing marketing copy for websites, social media, events and other channels
- Managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
- Developing and executing email marketing campaigns
- Running paid advertising campaigns on search engines and social media
- Tracking and analyzing marketing results to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate, technology or financial industry
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with event planning and execution
- Experience with social media marketing and email marketing
- Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
