Job Details:
My client, a SaaS company, is seeking an External Software Support Specialist to work with new and existing customers. This person will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and demos for the clients using the software.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience support external customers
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle
- Understanding of Web Applications
- Strong customer service skills
