Consolidations Accounting Manager
Hybrid Schedule 3 days in office
$120k-135k + Bonus
Position Summary:
The Consolidations Accounting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial consolidations and reporting for the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and strategic professional to contribute to the financial success of our client.
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidation of Financial Statements:
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the organization, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Manage the financial close process, including reviewing and analyzing financial data from subsidiary entities.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and oversee the production of consolidated financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, such as management, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data in reports and disclosures.
Process Analysis and Improvement:
- Evaluate current financial processes and activities to identify areas for improvement. Prioritize initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and enhance financial reporting accuracy.
ERP Implementation:
- Lead the planning and execution of the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Collaborate with IT, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure a seamless transition.
Project Management:
- Oversee multiple transformation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Effectively manage resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
