Project Manager- Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Construction Management- General Construction- GC/CM-Design Build
A premier Philadelphia suburbs based GC/CM is actively in search of a commercial project manager or senior project manager (level & compensation commensurate with experience,) for a full-time permanent staff position. Experience managing large multi-million-dollar projects ~$15-50+ million.
Commercial construction experience is required for consideration, Commercial office buildings, Academic, Institutional, Healthcare, Corporate Headquarters, Higher Education, etc.

Requirements
- Approximately eight (8) years or more of commercial experience
- Relevant commercial project experience required
- Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
- College Degree desired, NOT required (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or relevant degree)
- Projects are based in the local PA/NJ/DE tristate area
