My client is a commercial mechanical contractor seeking and HVAC Service Manager. They are seeking a Service Manager with experience in identifying projects, estimating, proposing, delegating assignments to the service department. The job description includes the following:
Mechanical system knowledge-Provide design, problem solving and cost effective solutions for clients and potential clients.
Gross Profit Redemption- Achieve planned gross profit through leadership and management of service staff.
Pricing & Estimating- Estimate cost of proposals and apply company pricing standards to estimate.
Field service labor management- manages all service operations and field labor and service support.
Account Expansion- Understand the customer and their facilities. Able to translate that understanding into proposals and sales that enhance the customer s requirement. Promote new business and upgrading of existing agreements by instructing and directing staff to generate and report leads and sales opportunities.
