SENIOR ARCHITECT
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your expertise in design, technical knowledge, and project management skills will be instrumental in delivering world-class solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional, ensuring they meet design standards, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and present proposals.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design teams.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any construction-related issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in architecture and engineering.
- Foster a culture of sustainability and innovation in design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed architect in the state of California.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Strong proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
