Senior Accounting Manager
In this role, you will have responsibility for the primary oversight of the corporate accounting operations. The Senior Accounting Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory accounting and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process, including identification and implementation of process improvements
- Areas of responsibility may include oversight of GL fixed assets accounting, lease accounting, accounting for loss contingencies, inventory / cost accounting, revenue and gross-to-net accounting.
- Develop roadmap for process improvement and optimization.
- Oversee and manage the coordination and completion of statutory financial statements and ensure timely reconciliation of US GAAP and local country statutory ledgers.
- Integrate new acquisitions into the Company’s existing accounting systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA required
- 5+ years’ relevant experience with finance/accounting, including at least 2 years’ public accounting experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements required
- Strong understanding of accounting operations, cost accounting, accrual accounting, lease accounting, accounting for contingencies and equity compensation
