- Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, etc.
- Experience with PLC's, AutoCAD desired, machining & assembly processes.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes.
- SAP familiarity, Greenbelt cert. preferred
- Motivated, team player, effective communication skills
