Senior Security Engineer
Summary
The security engineering position resides within the corporate information security organization. Supports enterprise-wide functions and will report to Manager of Security Architecture and Engineering. Works with uniquely skilled information security engineering, infrastructure and other security experts for the development and implementation of security architecture, solutions, standardized security tools and procedures that meet the requirement of Critical Security Controls, and security components. Will design, develop, deliver and support standard security applications solutions, procedures and operations.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for implementing and supporting IT security controls, standard security tools and application
• Researches, analyzes, designs processes and develops IT and Cyber security solutions that are optimal for the business, systems and security strategies
• Architect and implement data center network and operation information security that meets the business, industry regulation and compliance needs while providing protection from cyber security threats
• Plays very exciting and major roles in modernizing security technologies such as internal and external New Gen Firewalls policy, IDS, IPS, VPN, SSL & Encryptions, WAF, Proxies, Web and Email protection, Anti-virus, anti-malware detection (AMD), event, file & DB logging & monitoring (SIEM), Authentication & Authorization, Privilege Access Management (PAM), Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Active Directory, Vulnerability Management, CMDB, DMZ, Data Leakage Protection (DLP), and DC network segmentation and virtualization (subnet & VLAN)
• Works with vendors, highly skilled operations and other security members of the team
• Document security control processes and procedures
Essential Skills/Knowledge
*Minimum of 3 year’s leadership experience as a senior security lead, or similar function
• At least 3 to 5 year’s of IT security solution design and delivery experience with relevant skills in one or more of the core areas

• New generation firewalls (NGFW) such as Forcepoints and Cisco Firepower Symantec DLP, Encryptions, Fireye AMD, Tenable Internal/external Scanning, Splunk, LogRythm, NNT, RSAM, CA IDM/PAM, Cisco and Forcepoint FW products and any other tools that help to implement various information security controls processes and procedures
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above with a specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Security is desirable, but equivalent experience is also acceptable
Certifications
Security-related certification from a recognized body (i.e., Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and/or other professional certification) is required.
