Senior Accountant
85-120k+Bonus
King of Prussia PA / Hybrid
Summary:
Partner with Consolidated Finance and Business Unit entities to prepare financial reports and analysis notes on technical accounting matters, and significant business variances to best position business for continued growth and expansion of business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform analytics of consolidated financial statements
- Ensure US GAAP and IFRS compliance
- Adhere to technical accounting policies and procedures
- Update any new technical accounting policy guidance
- Prepare financial reports at a consolidated level including MD&A, KPIs, and disclosures
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for internal and external filings
- Post journal entries, analysis of variance of balance sheet accounts
- Assist with audit requests
- Ensure corporate financial reporting and accounting internal controls compliance.
- Assist with special projects.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA Accounting, Finance, or related
- 2+ years experience in Big4 or National CPA Firm
- Understanding of SEC Filings, IFRS, US GAAP
- Up to date on accounting or financial reporting guidelines
- Ability to navigate complex technical accounting matters
- Skilled at preparing technical accounting memos
