Project Manager (Heavy Civil Construction)
Well respected heavy civil/site construction client is looking for a Project Manager to join their talented staff:
Leadership role and generous salary package!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Organizing, managing, and planning a variety of site development and/or roadway construction projects.
- Total project coordination.
- Work on projects in value up to $20 million.
- Client and inspection staff interaction in regard to contract change orders, item payments, and material testing.
- Job bidding and job cost analysis.
- Conduct project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Onsite assessments.
- Communication with foreman.
- Monthly progress reports.
- Budgeting and estimating.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management. Heavy civil projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Engineering degree preferred.
- Proposals and staffing estimates experience.
- PennDOT, NJDOT, PANYNJ, and NJTA experience preferred.
- PE license preferred.
- Leadership qualities.
