**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Automation Controls/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in an industrial automation environment.
- 2-3 years of management experience with proven leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in developing control logic software and HMI applications (e.g. Rockwell Automation, Beckhoff).
- Expert knowledge in motion control, communication networks, and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and process optimization skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork capabilities.
- Experience with AC/DC systems up to 600 volts and initial start-up/debug of integrated systems.
