BIM Superintendent
Elite automation systems integrator seeks BIM Superintendent with vast BIM/VDC experience and proficiency.
Competencies and responsibilities:
- Field construction BIM/VDC standards
- Aid in annual reviews
- Manage manpower hours for BIM staff
- Answer questions from field team as pertains to 3D models and 2D drawings
- Training lesser experienced staff
- Must be knowledgeable in project specs
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Coordinate with GC
- Client interaction skills
