SUPERINTENDENT
My client is looking to add a Superintendent to its talented staff. The qualified candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in commercial construction, experience in a supervisory role on multi-site projects, and have knowledge of ground up projects. He or she will be responsible for managing subcontractors and ensuring the safety of craftspeople at project sites. Travel within the mid-Atlantic region is part of this position. Requirements / Qualifications:
5 years commercial construction/ground up experience
Excellent communication & organizational skills.
