Appellate Attorney
120,000 - 145,000
As the Appellate Attorney your primary responsibility is to represent clients who are seeking to challenge a lower court's decision and have their case reviewed by a higher court.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Legal research and analysis
- Draft detailed legal documents that present arguments and legal analysis to support their client's position.
- Present oral arguments before the higher court.
- Work closely with clients to develop a strategic approach to their case.
- Thoroughly examine the trial court record, which includes all relevant documents, evidence, and court transcripts.
Qualifications:
- 4+ Years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- JD from a accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
