Job Details:
Plumbing Project Manager
- Mechanical contractor is looking to hire Project Managers with GC experience related to the new construction and retrofit of HVAC and Plumbing systems.
- Plan, organize and staff key field positions to support the Mechanical Construction Division of Company
- Support, assist and mentor project managers and assistants in problem solving and document interpretation
- Work closely with engineering, CAD and estimating department
- Support and assist General Field Superintendent with their job specific responsibilities including although not limited to labor management and manpower forecasting
- Perform project buy out of major materials, equipment, fixtures and rough in plumbing, piping, and sheet metal materials

Salary range depending on experience 90,000.00 to 125,000.00
