Job Details:
SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT
As a Senior Project Architect you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with all project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule for large complex projects.
The successful candidate will:
Identify and proposes technical solutions to design challenges.
Provide technical feedback in the conceptual development of project documents.
Produce accurate documents aligned with firm standards for project assignments.
Apply practice standards to project assignments.
Communicate to Project Manager progress of assignments according to the established project schedule and workplan.
Ensure project information is incorporated into project documents.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture or Design from an accredited program.
A minimum of 10 years previous experience designing complex public and private projects.
Licensed Architect.
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit computer modeling and rendering software.
The ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks and meetings.
