Senior Credit Accountant

The Senior Credit Accountant is responsible for managing a specific portfolio and analyzing the financial performance of the company's lease-to-own products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to optimize the performance of the portfolio and mitigate risks. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and working with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review the financial performance of our lease to own portfolio, including delinquency rates, recoveries, charge-offs, and profitability.
- Develop strategies to optimize the performance of the portfolio, including identifying areas of opportunity for growth and improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop policies and procedures to improve the performance of the lease to own portfolio.
- Maintain accurate financial records and analyze data to ensure compliance with GAAP and other industry regulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on the financial performance of the lease to own portfolio and present findings to senior management.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor and evaluate external factors that may impact the lease to own portfolio, such as market trends and regulatory changes.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
