Our client is actively seeking a Medical Director or Senior Medical Director with therapeutic experience in Oncology, Rare Disease, Hematology, HIV, or MS, seeking work within a premier medical communications agency setting that has a ton to offer qualified individuals:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Promotional Medical Education experience within a Healthcare Communications environment
- Oversee the development of and develop scientifically sound scientific & medical content and aid in client strategy
- Examples of content to be developed includes but not limited to: Slide Decks, Advisory Boards, Speaker Training Materials, Field Force training materials, Newsletters, and Product Theaters to name a few
- Content will be created for all types of projects/programs (Live, Digital & Print)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Excellent time management, multitasking and ability to deliver on time and on point.
- Experience & understanding of the medical/legal/regulatory review process
- Ability to work with internal staff and teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content, as well as aid in strategic & tactical development
- Mentoring & management, QA/QC of junior scientific team members deliverables
Qualifications:
- PhD, PharmD, MD advanced science degree
- Individuals will have five (5) or more years of progressive scientific experience within a healthcare communications agency or medical communications company setting
- Oncology, Hematology, MS, or Rare Disease experience desired; all therapeutic experience will be considered
- Strong foundation in Promotional Medical Education, Commercial, Pharmaceutical marketing experience
