HVAC Project Manager
HVAC Company looking for a HVAC Project Manager to be a part of our team. Experience in HVAC Construction and Estimating is required. Building Automation and Controls knowledge a plus.
Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience
- Building Automation and low voltage control knowledge is a plus
- Able to read and understand construction plans and documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.
Responsibilities
Project Management duties needed from the beginning of the project to the final close out:
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and owners. Attend job meetings, as needed
- Clearly communicate and maintain positive attitude with field crews, office staff, sub-contractors, contractors and owners to ensure everyone is on the same page and understands project expectations
- Estimate, read blue prints, perform job walks, and collect vendor quotes
- Perform scheduling, jobsite coordination, generate RFI, change orders, billing SOV, purchase orders, submittals, close out documents, and presentations for the customer as needed. Monitor and keep track of project progression and deadlines
