Job Details:
Seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to plan and schedule maintenance and installation work for clients.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Schedule HVAC system preventative maintenance work
- Schedule HVAC system emergency repair work
- Schedule HVAC system installs
- Work with multiple clients in the commercial sector across a large territory which includes multiple states.
- Experience coordinating with HVAC Technicians
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with ordering parts and equipment for the job
- Experience obtaining permits for work to be completed
- Experience working with scheduling software is required
- Strong people skills
