Senior FP&A Analyst

Role:
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, this individual will be supporting a VP of Commercial Finance to support a full P&L. This would include financial analysis, profit and loss statement, profitability analysis, pricing analysis, budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, management reporting, ad hoc analysis, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Work with VP and other financial analysts to support commercial finance
- Perform profitability and pricing analysis
- Manage full profit and loss (P&L) statement
- Perform data analysis within Excel; utilize other tools such as PowerBI and Hyperion
- Perform all types of analysis; cost, trend, market, profitability, and ad hoc analysis
- Work with the FP&A Manager to identify cost reductions, process improvements, initiatives
- Provide variance analysis on forecast, budgets, income statement, etc.
- Work cross functionally with financial operations, accounting, marketing, and leadership.
- Ad Hoc Projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Prior forecasting, profit and loss (P&L) and budgeting experience is preferred
- Masters or MBA is a plus but not required
- Certifications are a plus
Compensation:
A competitive compensation packed will be available for this position including Base salary, Annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K dollar for dollar match up to 4%, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, summer hours, a fully remote month, and much more!
Working Situation:
This will be a Hybrid situation with 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home. In office days will be Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday.
