Private Client Accounting Manager

Role:
A rapidly growing and well-respected advisory firm is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their Private Client business. As an Accounting Manager, you'll work with a variety of privately held clientele to provide financial advisory on multiple levels. This would include working with the owners on financial transactions, reconciliations, oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, managing bank accounts, accruals, prepaids, expenses, preparing financial statements, as well as ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work with privately held owners to manage accounting transactions and acting like a mini CFO
- Prepare financial statements
- Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts, etc.
- Work on debt, equity, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, depreciation, etc.
- Perform month end close
- Provide expertise in process improvements, automation, as well as suggestions as needed
- Ad hoc projects
Compensation:
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a Base Salary, 15-40% bonus, medical, dental, vision, great 401K, profit sharing, tuition, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, etc.
Working Conditions:
This position is a hybrid position that can be based out of Philadelphia, New York City, and/or Wilmington, DE. There will be 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home.
