- 5-10+ years of experience working on commercial construction projects. Degree preferred.
- Oversee all planning and supervision of team members on the project along with subs and vendors.
- Take-offs, budgeting, business development experience desired.
- Ability to work on more than one project. Knowledge of safety laws & codes.
- Motivated, organized, team player, communicator.
