Our growing law firm in Cleveland, OH is seeking an attorney who specializes in handling legal matters related to buying, selling, leasing, financing, and developing real estate properties. Your legal expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of property law, draft and review contracts, negotiate deals, and ensure that the transaction is legally valid and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting due diligence to assess potential risks and liabilities associated with a property.
- Drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Negotiating terms of the transaction and addressing any issues that may arise during the process.
- Assisting with real estate financing, including drafting loan agreements and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.
- Resolving title disputes and conducting title searches to ensure that a property's title is free and clear of any liens or encumbrances.
- Advising clients on zoning laws, land-use regulations, environmental regulations, and other legal issues that may affect their transaction.
