Trusts and Estates Paralegal
Are you a skilled and experienced Trusts and Estates Paralegal looking to make a significant impact? Our well-established law firm in Montgomery County, PA, is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Estate Administration: Efficiently manage all aspects of estate administration, including asset identification, probate proceedings, and financial record-keeping.
Tax Preparation: Prepare and file accurate income tax, inheritance, and estate tax returns.
Fiduciary Accountings: Create comprehensive fiduciary accountings for estates and trusts.
Legal Documentation: Draft and review key legal documents such as Receipt and Release Agreements, Schedules of Distribution, and other relevant paperwork.
Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication and exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in estate administration and a solid understanding of complex financial matters.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lackner software, and CCH ProSystem fx Tax software.
Experience with corporate and real estate matters is a plus.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
