Senior Financial Reporting Accountant
Hybrid Work Schedule
The Senior Financial Reporting Accountant is responsible for preparing and overseeing the financial statements and reports for the organization. This role will be responsible for consolidating financial information from multiple business units and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and ensure accuracy.

Prepare and file regulatory reports, such as XBRL tagging of 10-Ks and 10-Qs with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Manage the preparation of internal financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Assist with audits and related external reporting requirements.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards.

Work closely with other departments, including tax, legal, and investor relations.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations to management.

Maintain accurate and complete financial records.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Train and supervise junior accounting staff.
